This Privacy Policy explains what information Abra AI LLC (operating as part of the Mudd Ventures family of brands) collects when you use the AI IQ Test at iq.muddventures.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy is scoped to the AI IQ Test free assessment.

1. What we collect

For the AI IQ Test, we collect only:

• Your email address (the one you enter into the form).
• A timestamp recording when the form was submitted.
• The page URL where you submitted the form (for example, iq.muddventures.com).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, IP address, or device fingerprints through the AI IQ Test form itself. Standard server and analytics logs may exist at the hosting and platform layer (such as standard request logs from Lovable or GoHighLevel), as is typical for any web service.

We collect this information when you voluntarily submit the email capture form on iq.muddventures.com.

3. Where it is stored

Submitted information is stored in our customer relationship management platform, GoHighLevel, which acts as the system of record for contact data and email automation.

4. How we use it

We use your email to:

• Deliver the AI IQ Test files (Claude .skill, ChatGPT .md, scoring rubric).
• Send follow-up resources, product updates, and improvements to the assessment.
• Send satisfaction surveys and feedback requests about your experience.
• Send cross-marketing communications about other Abra AI and Mudd Ventures products and services, including Abra AI Premier, the Operator Council, the Showtime Skill Pack, and the Mudd Ventures consulting practice.

5. Sharing with third parties

We use GoHighLevel as our email automation and CRM provider. Your email address is processed by GoHighLevel solely to deliver the services described above. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every marketing message. You can request deletion of your contact record at any time by emailing team@muddventures.com. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children

The AI IQ Test is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the form, please contact us and we will delete the record.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
