Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the AI IQ Test, a free assessment offered by Abra AI LLC (a Delaware limited liability company operating as part of the Mudd Ventures family of brands) at iq.muddventures.com. By submitting your email address through the form on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

The AI IQ Test is a free six-probe assessment that scores your AI environment across seven dimensions of operator fluency. We deliver a downloadable Claude .skill file, a ChatGPT .md file, and a scoring rubric to the email address you provide. The assessment is intended for informational use only.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate email address that you control, and not to abuse the free assessment (for example, by submitting automated traffic, scraping, or attempting to interfere with delivery). You may run the assessment in your own AI environment for personal or internal business use.

3. Email communication consent

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive emails from Abra AI and Mudd Ventures relating to:

• The AI IQ Test product, including delivery of your files, follow-up resources, scoring guidance, and product improvements.
• Customer satisfaction, including surveys, feedback requests, and research about your experience with the assessment.
• Cross-marketing of related products and services within the Abra AI and Mudd Ventures brand family, including Abra AI Premier, the Operator Council, the Showtime Skill Pack, and the Mudd Ventures consulting practice.

You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing message. Transactional messages (such as delivery of the files you requested) may still be sent as needed to fulfill the assessment.

4. No warranty, limitation of liability

The AI IQ Test is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The score is informational and not a substitute for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abra AI LLC and Mudd Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the assessment.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the assessment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the AI IQ Test shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Arizona.
